You often ask about which concrete can be mixed with macrofibers
You can mix it with concrete of at least C12 strength class
- It can be bagged concrete purchased from the store, also known as dry concrete, or screed concrete.
- It can be concrete made at home from gravel, cement, and water.
- It can be purchased from a concrete plant.
- It can also be concrete made with the help of a screed pump (which is a mixing machine equipped with a concrete pump).
It’s not worth mixing it with
- It’s not worth mixing it with lightweight concrete made with polystyrene beads or perlite because its strength is not sufficient. Nor is it suitable for CKT concrete (cement-bound load-bearing base layer) because it’s also not strong enough, and it’s not its function either.
