DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION
The betonbooster.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) informs visitors and registrants (hereinafter referred to as Interested Party or Customer) about the personal data it processes, its practices regarding the processing of personal data, organizational and technical measures taken to protect personal data, and the rights of data subjects. The data processing practice is based on Act No. CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information (hereinafter: Info Act) and on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).

The Data Processor does not make independent decisions, but is entitled to act only in accordance with the contract concluded with the Data Controller and the instructions received.

4. Additional data processed by the Data Controller (use of cookies)
Data Transmission Declaration:
Online credit card and other payment methods are handled through the Barion system. No credit card or other payment information is passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013. I acknowledge that the personal data stored in the betonbooster.com user database by LEVRON Ltd. (Registered office: 3432 Emőd, Pincesor u. 55.) will be transferred to Barion Zrt. as a data processor. The scope of data transmitted by the data controller includes the following: Name, email address, address.
For personalized service, betonbooster.com places a small data package (“cookie”) on the visitor’s computer or mobile device. The purpose of the cookie is to ensure the highest quality operation of the Website, provide personalized services, and enhance user experience. The visitor can delete the cookie from their computer or set their browser to block the use of cookies. The information stored by cookies is never used by betonbooster.com to identify the personal information of visitors to the Website.

5. Rights of the Data Subject:
The Data Subject is entitled at any time to request information from the Data Controller about the personal data concerning them, to request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
The Data Subject may at any time prohibit further use of their personal data for purposes where the legal basis for data processing was their voluntary consent by sending a letter to support@betonbooster.com.
The Data Subject is entitled, by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters sent by betonbooster.com, to prohibit the sending of further newsletters, offers. We draw our customers’ attention to the fact that if a customer wishes to prohibit the sending of further email newsletters, offers, or other inquiries, they must unsubscribe for all email addresses provided by them.
The Data Controller shall comply with the requests within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but no later than within 15 days.
6. Remedies:
The Data Subject may contact the Data Controller with any questions, comments, or complaints regarding data processing at support@betonbooster.com.
In case of harm related to the handling of their data, the Data Subject may submit a complaint to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, or file a lawsuit at the court having jurisdiction over their place of residence.
