PolyMesh is a new generation high-performance structural macrofiber used instead of rebar.
With its use, you can create fiber-reinforced concrete that can replace rebar mesh in concrete projects where the mesh’s purpose is crack prevention and load distribution.
PolyMesh significantly outperforms previously used structural macrofibers. The concrete surface is excellently polishable.
The concrete macrofiber can be used instead of rebar mesh in the following applications:

The concrete reinforcing plastic fiber offers the following advantages:

- Easy to transport; 25-50 kg of PolyMesh can replace 500 kg of rebar mesh, which can be delivered by a mail carrier instead of a truck.

- Non-corrosive; unlike rebar, which can corrode over time due to exposure to acids, oxygen, and moisture through microcracks, PolyMesh completely prevents this issue.
- Easy to drill into fiber-reinforced concrete without breaking the drill.

- Leaves a much smaller ecological footprint; its production and transport cause a fraction of the environmental pollution compared to rebar. Additionally, using it reduces the need for corrosion-protective concrete cover, further contributing to environmental protection. - At least 50% of concrete structures are designed to protect rebar from corrosion. With macrofibers, this protection is unnecessary, significantly reducing the amount of concrete needed.
When used together with Vip-Rex superplasticizer, you get easily spreadable granite-strength concrete.
