Description
The Vip-Rex SF superplasticizer is the approved “doping” agent for top-quality concretes.
It’s a concentrate, an essence. You only need a third or a fifth of this plasticizer compared to other flow agents.
One of the greatest enemies of high-quality concrete is overwatering.
The Vip-Rex SF superplasticizer (plasticizing agent) protects against this and improves the future concrete’s quality in many ways, all for the price of 1.5 bags of cement per cubic meter of concrete.
It reduces the water requirement of the concrete by half. You can create almost liquid concrete with much less cement without compromising strength.
Vip-Rex extends the open time to nearly two hours, allowing you to work comfortably with the concrete. Once the setting begins, the process accelerates, and after 12 hours, the concrete can reach 50% of its strength, making it walkable sooner.
It’s also very useful during summer heatwaves because it reduces early drying of the concrete, lowering the risk of “burning.”
In winter, during extreme cold, after an initially longer open time, the accelerated setting process prevents the fresh concrete from freezing.

Dosage
The VIP-Rex SF superplasticizer should be added to the concrete at a ratio of 0.3% of the cement quantity. It’s important to emphasize the ratio: 0.3% relative to the amount of cement.
For 100 kg of cement, a maximum of 300 milliliters (3 dl, 0.3 liters) is required.
If you’re making an average-quality C16 earth-moist concrete, you need 300 kg of cement per cubic meter of concrete. 0.3% of this is 0.9 liters (9 dl, 900 ml).
After adding Vip-Rex SF, the earth-moist concrete will become liquid.
Example
In a wheelbarrow mixer (about 50 liters of ready concrete), for C20 concrete, you need 17 kg of cement. Use only 5 liters of water instead of 9 liters!
Add 50 milliliters of Vip-Rex SF.
For 25 kg of dry concrete, use 13 milliliters.
For 40 kg screed: 20 milliliters.
Use a syringe:
Do not overdose! It’s better to use less than too much.
Add it to the concrete mixer as the last additive. Watch as it liquefies the concrete.
It can also be mixed with the mixing water, but in this case, 15-20% more Vip-Rex will be needed.
