Return conditions:

You have the option to withdraw from the order after receiving the product. In general, this period is 14 days after receipt, but for our registered customers, we extend it to 30 days. We accept the product only in its original condition and packaging, in complete and undamaged quantity and quality. Understandably, we can only accept products with unopened and undamaged packaging. Before returning, please download the Withdrawal Statement from here (attached) and send it to us. Afterward, we will notify you that you can return the product.

Costs:

The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.

Sending the package:

The product to be returned must be sent in secure packaging to our address, as a regular postal shipment. We cannot accept packages sent with cash on delivery, so we kindly ask you not to send them this way.

After the product has arrived and we have verified its integrity and quantity (documented with photos), we will promptly proceed with the refund of the purchase price.
