Shipping information
At our store, every product listed on the website is in stock, allowing us to fulfill your order very quickly. You will receive email notifications at every step, keeping you informed about the status of your order. Once the courier picks up the package, we will also notify you via SMS. It’s very rare for a product to run out of stock. If this does happen, we will promptly inform you and discuss an acceptable solution. All orders are delivered by a courier service; personal pickup is not available as our products are stored in a large logistics center, where only courier companies can be served. Cash-on-delivery and credit card orders placed before 10 AM are usually picked up by the courier on the same day and delivered on the next working day. Occasionally, there may be a 1-2 day delay, but 98% of orders are delivered within 2 working days. Same-day pickup within 24 hours is possible in Budapest and the surrounding areas in special cases. Payment information
You can pay by cash on delivery for amounts up to 100,000 HUF. Beyond that, you can choose to pay in advance by bank transfer or credit card. In the case of cash on delivery, you can pay with cash or credit card to the courier. For advance bank transfer, after placing the order, we will immediately send you a confirmation with the necessary payment details and an invoice. Following the instructions in the confirmation, you can proceed with the transfer. Your order becomes valid the moment the payment is received in our bank account, and logistics take over from there.
For credit card payments, we redirect you to the OTP Simple website, where you can securely complete the payment with your credit card. For amounts over 100,000 HUF, only advance bank transfer or credit card payment is possible.
